i. Collection of Revenue
ii. Preparation of annual budgets
iii. Preparation of financial statements
iv. Identification of new revenue lines
v. monitoring Budget performance
vi. Provision of advice on financial matters to council.
vii. Facilitation of procurement of goods and services.
